Last fall a couple of cooks for some of LA’s top restos had the idea to stuff Mexican tacos with Korean BBQ and sell them out of a truck. Now all of LA and the media are going ape-shit for Kogi.  The craze is fueled by Kogi’s revolutionary use of Twitter.
