I think they are simply called Supreme Master restaurants. They are about twice the price of Lovin' Hut and serve almost all locally grown, fresh food in an excellent variety of vege dishes. They are all over Asia and they have quite a few more in other continents as well. I know veg travelers that have relied on them. Personally I don't love'em but I like'em. Yeah, fersure the cult thing is weird but, it seems pretty harmless. Mostly I think they are fighting the good fight. The Seoul Sinchon branch I go to, is hit and miss. The one in my city recycles, composts, and has many organic, fresh dishes. True, they do serve some veggieburgers ( on whole wheat bun) and other analogues, but they have amazing freshly made spring rolls, summer rolls, smoothies, desserts, great rice dishes (brown rice available) and raw pizzas and salads. Please do not spread wrong information about these restaurants. They are getting better every day.I have frequented three, all great.
