The Experimental Film and Video Festival in Seoul opens tonight at the Seoul Art Cinema. The festival will  run six days and feature 30 experimental films from around the world. EXIS is the only festival of its kind in Korea and has been growing in size and popularity since it began in 2004. The screenings will be held at three locations, the Seoul Art Cinema, Indiespace and Samillo Changgo Theatre.  The festival opens tonight with “Happy Birthday to John” by Lithuanian born New York filmmaker Jonas Mekas and “Sindoan” a film by Korean filmmaker Chan Kyong Park.
